Our Mission

I help families, support the next generation into homeownership and move through real estate with clarity, honest guidance, and steady support, so they can make confident decisions that protect their future and feel right long after closing

Our Values

Care: People come before transactions.

Authenticity: Be real, honest, and never salesy.

Commitment: Serving from start to finish.

Trust: Give guidance, even when the answer is difficult.

Purpose: Help others find their place and calling.

Daniel got into real estate because he saw how easily families feel rushed and unsure in one of life’s biggest decisions. After 12 years on staff at a church in Dallas and walking with people through both celebrations and hard seasons, he now helps families support the next generation into homeownership. Daniel is a Dallas-Fort Worth Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Dallas Preston Road. Since 2015, he has helped more than 100 families navigate real estate with clarity, confidence, and trusted guidance. His passion is supporting the Next Generation Toward Homeownership.

Guidance without Pressure

Daniel believes buying a home should never feel rushed, confusing, or overwhelming. He takes time to explain the process, answer questions, and help buyers determine what they can comfortably afford. Sometimes the right next step is purchasing a home. Other times, it may be slowing down to improve credit, reduce debt, or build savings. Daniel’s goal is not simply to complete a transaction. It is to help families make wise, informed decisions. Daniel helps buyers evaluate more than finishes and floor plans. He considers the property’s condition, location, construction quality, resale potential, and possible future expenses so clients can understand both the opportunities and risks.

DFW Experience and Leadership

Daniel has lived in Dallas-Fort Worth for more than 20 years and serves buyers throughout Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Richardson, Celina, and surrounding communities.

His experience also includes leadership and teaching within Keller Williams:

  • Recipient of the 2024 Team Leader Award at Keller Williams Dallas Preston Road
  • Five-year member of the Associate Leadership Council
  • Keller Williams University Certified Instructor
  • Former Interim Team Leader for KW Urban and KW Midtown, helping lead approximately 170 agents
  • Top 20% agent in a market center of nearly 600 agents.

What truly sets Daniel apart is the life experience and heart he brings into his work. He has been married for over 27 years to his incredible wife and best friend, and together they have raised three amazing children, two daughters and a son. Family is at the center of everything he does, and it drives his commitment to helping other families find stability, opportunity, and a place to call home.

Outside of real estate, Daniel is deeply creative and relationship-driven. He is a writer at heart who enjoys putting thoughts into words. He has a deep love of music and plays both guitar and piano, bringing creativity and discipline that carry over into his business. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him spending time with his loyal blue heeler, Addie, enjoying great Thai or Japanese food, and enjoying his coffee!

If given the opportunity, Daniel would head to Rio de Janeiro with his wife to see Christ the Redeemer or take his family on a global adventure to destinations such as Bangkok, Seoul, and Hong Kong, reflecting his appreciation for culture, connection, and shared experiences.

Whether you are preparing to buy your first home or exploring how to help your child become a homeowner, Daniel offers a comfortable place to ask questions and understand your options. The goal is not simply to buy a house. It is to make the right decision and help the next generation build a stronger future through homeownership.
